Baby Food Puree Party (1.5 hours) Early Summer Edition
Making purees for your baby is an economical and practical way to ensure your babe gets the best. We will make an assortment of seasonal fruits and vegetables for your family. Personal Chef and Mama, Katie Wilson, will show you not only how to make and store them, but will teach you how to incorporate the purees into family favorite meals so everyone can enjoy the benefits of the nutritious fruits and vegetables- and you can spend less time preparing your meals. Let’s take advantage of the first crop of beautiful produce the summer provides!! For the Summer Session, we will make the following purees: Fresh Corn, Spinach, Sugar Snap Peas, Lima Beans, and a few standbys for mixing- Applesauce, Sweet Potato and Quinoa. We will snack on dips made with our purees, including a Vegan/Paleo Spinach Artichoke Dip you will have to try to believe, and a Lima Bean Hummus, both served with crudités and Pita Chips. We will also have a dark chocolate Greek yogurt dip with fruit skewers and wine! Your registration includes a generous portion of each puree to take home, snacks and a glass of wine.

Parents face many challenges when feeding their family- only one of which is different needs based on age. Katie Wilson, Personal Chef and Mother of 2 knows this firsthand and can teach you how to make just one meal and serve all ages from infant to adult. Her recipes and methods can be employed to take stress out of shopping, meal preparation and dinner time. Join us for a tasty meal you can serve to your family easily and an hour of instruction to help make your mealtimes more enjoyable. We will make Tofu Gnudi with Spaghetti and a Chicken Teriyaki Bowl to taste. Your class registration includes a great meal and a glass of wine.
